Huurteams Nijmegen is an ANBI foundation that helps tenants of residential properties in the municipality of Nijmegen with various conflicts with their landlords. These may include issues such as rent prices, service charge settlements, maintenance problems, or the breakdown of an all-inclusive rent. Due to our funding from the Municipality of Nijmegen, we are unfortunately unable to take on cases related to rental properties outside the municipal boundaries. Do you rent outside Nijmegen? We advise you to first check whether there are Huurteams active in your municipality.
