Stichting Huurteams Nijmegen is registered in the Justis debt collection service providers register under number 00079. Our debt collection services are initiated if a claim is not paid on time. For this, our foundation employs trained staff and meets all quality requirements stated in the Debt Collection Companies Quality Act (Wki).

Of course, we always hope it does not have to come to this. If we have a claim, we always first send a clear letter explaining the amount, the basis for it, and the payment method. After receiving the letter, payment must be made within 14 days. The letter also explains the consequences of non-payment.
